Because our primary concern is our customer’s health, safety, and satisfaction, we wanted to take some time to explain to you all what measures Tredway is taking to help us all through this time as we are experiencing COVID-19 concerns. We will keep this page updated as we learn more information and adapt to best serve you!
We will continue our regular store hours offering the following products and services:
NO CONTACT – Limited staff and limit the number of customers in store at one time.
WATER TESTS – 3 convenient ways to maintain your pool or hot tub water
–In-Store: Our usual water testing service
–Drop Box: Easy drop off at our store front
–At Home: A service team member stops by your home
CHEMICALS & SUPPLIES – You can still pick up in store, curb side pick-up or we offer delivery services.
Center for Diseases and Control (CDC)
The CDC released a statement and it reads: “There is no evidence that COVID-19 can be spread to humans through the use of pools and hot tubs. Proper operations, maintenance, and disinfection (e.g. with chlorine and bromine) of pools and hot tubs should remove or inactivate the virus that cuases COVID-19.”

Dear valued Tredway customer:
As the world and us here at home deal with Covid-19 (Coronavirus) I want to let you know that safety to our employees and customers is extremely important. At this time we are being social responsible as well as taking precautions to keep us and you safe.
I have received several communications from vendors and they too are taking necessary steps to keep employees and customers safe. They have communicated that business will continue as normal as supply chains continue to operate.
A reminder that pools and spas, if maintained properly, are safe and can provide much needed relaxation, exercise and family fun during this crisis.
I plan to operate Tredway Pools Plus – retail, service and construction – as normal.
